Red Reign Of Summer

Is it just me? Or is this summer zooming by faster than any summer before?

I chased dragonflies on two different creeks, and persued them on ponds. Over the past few weeks, I have followed dragonflies …. for hours.

This gallant fellow finally posed for me …. on a sun-bleached lilac branch in my yard.
