One of the greatest things about eastern Nevada storms, is the fabulous evening light that occurs as the clouds are clearing away, and the sun is sinking beneath the far horizon.

Now, there is a softness upon the land to remind us that we have come through yet another day, and a promise that tomorrow will be warmer.

This is springtime on the high desert
