The World In Perspective

Self Portrait

I seldom do shadow portraits anymore; there is a sadness to them, for the void next to me where used to be a four-legged companion. Not much market for them, anyhow. But on this day last July, I couldn’t resist. Against the wondrous sky and miles and miles of solitude, what a small shadow I make on the world. It is good to remember these things.
