From a certain vantage (underneath a very large sage bush), one old cabin stands against the horizon as a jet passes over the sleepy village of Cherry Creek, NV.

At our base; history and heritage a crumbling foundation;
To the casual observer, a few old relics of long ago life in a mining camp;
Above: technology and the future, passing by oblivious to this tiny, disappearing island.
